Refund and returns

You can not return your medication for a refund. We are unable to accept returned prescription medications.

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in their country.
